TERMS
All sells are via credit card or C.O.D. Returns must have pre-authorization within 30 days of sale. Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be in new and saleable condition. Southern Parts and Equipment is not responsible for shipping charges on return items.>
WARRANTY
All new parts are covered with a six-month warranty from defects in material and workmanship. Most used parts are covered with a thirty-day warranty from defects in material and workmanship. Southern Parts and Equipment reserves the right to inspect any item prior to granting warranty. Southern Parts and Equipment will not assume any responsibility for loss of time, labor or crop for any warranted parts. Warranty does not cover shipping charges and Southern Parts and Equipment reserves the right not to pay for shipping charges on warranted parts.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped with fright charges pre-paid and added to invoice.
